Your turn now starts with a player pool instead of a stack of suggested choices. You can browse by board rank, team needs or your Watchlist, search names, schools and positions, and reveal more available players without leaving the draft room.
Considering is not drafting
Tap a player card to highlight the player you’re considering. The same scene shows his report, projected team contribution and another priority you may leave to a later pick. Change players to examine a different investment.
Only Draft [player] at #[pick] commits the selection. Where supported roles are documented, choose the planned role before drafting. The confirmed role stays part of that path’s decision.
A player outside the displayed group is still selectable. Search and Show more let you reach the rest of the available pool. Team-needs filters are browsing tools, not a promise that every matching prospect is good value at your current slot. Choosing a prospect ranked well below your pick includes an opportunity-cost reminder.
Keep the choice in view
Player cards include position names as well as abbreviations. The selected player’s first listed concern stays visible, while longer report text and source details can be expanded. The draft button stays available while reading a long consideration panel on a small screen.
The on-turn header is shorter. Upcoming teams remain available under Draft progress rather than pushing player choices down the page. Trade this pick opens the trade market as a separate route; detailed quotes no longer lengthen the player pool.
Looking at your team or trade options and returning keeps your current search, browsing view and considered player during that turn. These research actions do not advance the simulation.
See your class take shape
After drafting, the arrival card shows who you actually selected and the next action. On your following turn, recent selections remain visible alongside the current player pool. Your last pick makes clear when another need will have no remaining selection to address it.
This preview update changes the player-selection interaction. It does not change prospect rankings, draft AI, trade valuation or grading. Data still comes from the fixed, dated 2027 projection snapshot.
