When a target is selected, the room names the team and pick, with a route to research remaining players at that position. Quick mode briefly shows relevant committed changes instead of skipping every moment between your turns.
A risk reminder lets you choose the target to research. Wait and keep your picks, or view trade-up offers that may cost later selections. The other team can decline; a reminder does not guarantee a deal.
At your turn, targets still available link straight to consideration. Selected targets have a compact review with alternative-player research. These are facts from your current path, not a verdict on what you should have done.
